The 2nd amendment is clear, the right to keep and bear arms shall NOT be infringed.
That goes SPECIFICALLY for ALL public transportation facilities in this country. As well, the TSA presence at more and more Amtrak terminals is blatantly ILLEGAL as well. TSA personnel searching passengers and luggage is a complete violation of the US Fourth Amendment.

Further, i DEMAND that AMTRAK file a multi-billion dollar lawsuit against the TSA for their willfull and malicious police state CRIMES and VIOLATIONS against the American people. DHS Preparing for False Flag Attack on American Shopping Malls

In Virginia and Indiana, Simon Property, owner of 393 properties worldwide, including the Town Center in Aurora, (the shopping mall located near the Century 16 Theater in Colorado where the Batman shooting took place) plans to partner with DHS and Janet Napolitano to participate in the See Something, Say Something campaign which turns average American citizens into Stasi.
New participants in the DHS surveillance campaign are representatives from Major League Baseball, Major League Soccer, National Basketball Association, National Hockey League, and National Football League.
According to Napolitano:
“We’re all safer when everyone is alert and engaged” and she wants the American public to spy on each other because our continued safety is “a shared responsibility”.
With the assistance of Simon Malls, tenants and employees of tenants will be encouraged, through the use of the Delphi technique, into spying and reporting “suspicious behavior” displayed by fellow employees and patrons.
Napolitano has said that the DHS will expand their Stasi into every city, state, university, private business, transportation depot, hotel/motel, and retail stores by brainwashing the public into believing that spying for the US government is actually patriotic.
Napolitano explains:
“When we each do our part, we keep our nation safe, one hometown at a time.”
Reported last month in mainstream media was the premise that the DHS had reason to believe that there was reasonable supposition that radicalized extremists could threaten shopping malls.
Federal and local law enforcement was on alert that Middle Eastern Islamic militants or rightwing extremists could and most likely would threaten a shopping mall to instill fear into the general public.
The Southern Poverty Law Center who is sponsored by both the FBI and the Zionist-controlled Anti-Defamation League reported that militia groups in the US had risen to 824 and that there was an intensification of racist hatred by white supremacists in the militia movements.
Equating the patriot movement with radicalized extremists in the mainstream media effectively blurs the line between government-sponsored terrorism and support for our Constitutional Republic.
According to a 2004 report from the DHS entitled Characteristics and Common Vulnerabilities Infrastructure Category: Shopping Malls, every mall in America is a “soft target” which could be used by terrorists to “cause economic damage, inflict casualties and instill fear.”
DHS specified that among other types of security breaches, explosives (such as a car bomb or suicide bomber) tops their list of potential “threats of concern” regarding shopping malls.
Last month, DHS, through the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) solicited 1,400 pounds of ammonium nitrate and A-5 Flake RDX – the same ingredients needed for a home-made fertilizer bomb.
Interestingly, the DHS, by request of Congress, formed the Ammonium Nitrate Security Program wherein they oversee purchases of ingredients that could be used to produce an improvised explosive devise (IEDs).
An attack on a shopping mall could potentially cause casualties of an estimated 46,000 according to the National Research Bureau. DHS outlined the fact that vulnerabilities in the construction of malls could be taken advantage of by terrorists.
By infiltrating ventilation systems, electrical or telecommunications systems, and water plumbing and sewage systems, a typical shopping mall in a general region could be used as a devastating weapon.
In response to managing this potential threat, DHS has conducted training exercises with state, local and private sector partners “to enhance awareness of terrorist threats to the nation’s critical infrastructure and key resources.”

Goldman Sachs has been involved in many disasters and false flag attacks within the domestic US including manipulation of the stock market just before a disaster manifested.
Just before the Deepwater Horizon BP oil spill, Goldman Sachs unloaded 44% of their stocks in BP.
Goldman Sachs profited from the attack on 9/11 by funding the building of a new headquarters where the Twin Towers once stood which in turn qualified the globalist banking firm to sell $1 billion in Liberty Bonds tax-free as well as reap $49 million in job-grants, tax exemptions and energy discounts.
In May of 2012, the Global Campaign Against Improvised Explosive Devices (GCAIED) wrote a letter to Obama with the signatures of 23 members of Capitol Hill to bring “consensus” against the threat of IEDs.
With intelligence gathered by the National Counterterrorism Center’s Worldwide Incident Tracking System, there is a doubling of IEDs being manufactured annually by civilians. The GCAIED claimd that IEDs will be used to attack civilian populations with the intention to disrupt daily routines, healthcare and the November elections.
False flag operations are an effective way for the government to gain control over their citizens. Earth has 3rd-warmest summer on record in 2012
While the USA sweated through one of its
warmest summers on record, so, too, did the rest of the globe, federal
scientists from the National Climatic Data Center announced Monday.
The
average summer temperature over global land and ocean surfaces tied
with 2005 as the third-highest on record at 61.25 degrees F, or 1.15
degree F above the 20th century average of 60.1 degrees F.
Only the summers of 1998 and 2010 were warmer. Records go back to 1880.
Climatologists
define summer in the Northern Hemisphere as the months of June, July
and August. The climate center is a branch of the National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
"Considering
global land surfaces only, June - Aug. 2012 was record warm, at 1.85
degrees above average," the center's online report stated. The most
unusual warmth occurred across parts of the Northern Hemisphere,
including most of the United States and Canada, southern and eastern
Europe, Kazakhstan and eastern Siberia.
Droughts
in the USA, eastern Russia and India all contributed to the high heat,
says Jessica Blunden, climate scientist with the data center. If you
have drought, the atmosphere doesn't have the moisture available to
lessen the heat, she says.
Also, Blunden says the change from La Nina, a cooling of Pacific Ocean water, to El Nino, a warming of that water, was another main factor in driving the global heat.

unusual warmth also caused Arctic sea ice to shrink to its lowest level
on record, the National Snow and Ice Data Center reported.

330th consecutive above-average month. The last cooler-than-average
month globally was February 1985, the climate center reports.
Federal scientists last week announced that the USA experienced its third-warmest summer on record, trailing only 1936 and 2011.

The last remaining full-body X-ray airport scanners are to be scrapped within weeks.
The security systems, which have been tested at air terminals since 2009, scan through passengers’ clothes, creating a detailed ghost-like image of the naked body. The scan is then viewed by security staff.
Critics said the machines invaded passengers’ privacy and the radiation they generate raised the risk of cancer. Some Muslim groups also refused to walk through them on religious grounds.

Airport bosses who were waiting for the green light on the machines now say they have been left with no option but to remove them.
The scanners will be replaced with ‘privacy-friendly’ machines which use radio-frequency technology.
Manchester airport, which is the last in Britain to be still using ‘naked’ scanners, said it will now have to spend £1.1million to replace them with the new devices.
It will also have to hire dozens of extra security staff to frisk passengers manually.
The airport’s chief operating officer Andrew Harrison said: ‘We’re baffled by this situation because health experts say they are safe, plus the overwhelming majority of our passengers and security staff prefer body scanners to frisking.
‘It’s frustrating that Brussels has allowed this successful trial to end.’
American use: More than 600 Advanced Imaging
Technology units, using X-ray technology, have been installed at 140
airports across the U.S
But it did add that the long-term effects, such as cancer risks, could not be 'entirely excluded'.
American academic Dr David Brenner said he believed the scanner could deliver up to 20 times more radiation to the skin than previously thought - potentially increasing the risk of skin cancer.
Fears were also raised that the scanners were an invasion of privacy and some passengers and religious groups had questioned their use.
The scanners were introduced at Manchester airport in a security crackdown after incidents such as the attempted 'underwear bomb' terror plot in 2009.
Passengers selected for scanning have, in the past, been banned from flying if they refuse to pass through the device.

When there were 250 scanners in the U.S. last year, research suggested up to 100 passengers a year could get cancer.

The first X-ray body scanner was developed in 1992 by Steven W Smith. He sold the technology and rights to Rapiscan Systems, which now manufactures and distributes the device.
Fears about the health risks were raised in the U.S. as far back as 1998 when the machine known as the Secure 1000 was evaluated by a panel of radiation safety experts brought together by the Food and Drug Administration.
They all expressed concerns about the machine because it violated a longstanding principle that humans should not be X-rayed unless there is a medical purpose.
The machine’s inventor told panelists that the machine would most probably not be widely used for many years to come.
Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam was the first airport to implement the scanners in 2007.
In the U.S. the Transportation Security Administration scanners sparked a heated debate over security concerns versus travelers' privacy when they were first brought in in autumn 2010.
The machines have also been installed in some courtrooms.
In response, New Jersey's legislature issued a resolution urging Congress to review the programme.
Study group Electronic Privacy Information Center then filed a lawsuit to suspend the use of scanners at U.S. airports pending an independent review.
In February 2011, a trial of new 'non-intrusive' body scanners started at Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Washington, D.C. before they were rolled out permanently in July last yer.
New York's Newark Liberty International airport followed in September last year, where more than eight million passengers boarded planes in 2010.
